We also understand that maybe you just need a little bit of help to get things going in the right direction. For certain behavioral issues, Obedience Dynamics offers our To The Point Program To The Point is our telephone/'online' help for a specific issue that you are having. It's simple! The first step is an initial phone consultation so we can collect important information concerning you and your dog. This usually takes about half an hour. During this consultation is when you tell us about your issue! Be warned....we will probably ask you lots of questions! Once we have all the important information we need, we will put together a document for you (MS Word or PDF) that will contain: A summary of the information we collected for you in our phone consultation A step-by-step guide to solving your specific behavioral issue After you've been given your step-by-step guide, you will receive one 'check-up' call from us to make sure things are going smoothly. Your package also includes a 15 minute "I need more help on this" phone call.
